FAQ
How is my drawing fee worked out?
The base fee is S$35 per A1 sheet or S$20 per A3 sheet. If your supplied drawing needs additional work because of its complexity, the surcharge is listed in your quote before payment. Suitable clean vector drawings qualify for the standard rate. Scans and mixed sources need a reconstruction estimate. Unreadable or incomplete drawings need clarification before payment. File extension alone does not determine the surcharge.
Can the price change after I pay?
Your accepted drawing mapping and quoted fee are fixed before payment. Our actual overruns and error repairs do not add retrospective charges. If you change the source or add scope, a new assessment and quote are needed.
How can I contact Haotu?
Email hello@haotu.sg for drawing enquiries, order help, payments, feedback or privacy questions. For an existing order, include your order reference. Verification is required before order-specific details or drawings are released.
Must I sign up first?
No sign-up or password needed. Use your email to place an order and receive your files. For Order help, have your order number and original email ready; an email code verifies your request.
How soon can I get my drawings?
Same-day or next-day delivery is available for accepted standard drawings when there is a suitable slot. Your exact delivery window is confirmed with the quote before payment. Larger orders or a busy queue may need more time.
How do I pay, and will I get a receipt?
Payment collection is currently unavailable while Airwallex and AXS onboarding and integration testing are pending. The final quote and supported methods will be confirmed before payment.
What if I find an error?
Report a suspected reproduction error within 14 days, identifying the sheet and affected area. It is checked against the accepted source and drawing standard. New content or preference changes require separate scope; remedy terms are presented before payment.
How long are my drawing files kept?
Download your completed order through a protected link after verifying your order email. Regular downloads are available for 14 days. After that, request access using the original order email. Client drawing files, including working and QA copies, are removed at day 28. Resends and downloads do not extend these deadlines. Order and financial records follow separate retention rules.
